Love of animals and the outdoor lifestyle led us to embark on our “Alpaca Adventure” nearly a decade ago. It has certainly been an exciting and interesting journey thus far. We treasure the wonderful friendships that have developed along the way. Besides the simple delights of working with our animals we have always enjoyed sharing them with our community, both young and old.
Every spring during the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival our
furry little friends have been a major attraction for the hundreds of tourists
that swarm the valley. With cameras clicking to beat the band, accompanied by lots
of oohing and aahing, the tourists can sometimes come up with the quirkiest of questions!
From small beginnings we have diligently bred for better and
better quality animals and our results in the show ring over the years have
been a testament of our success. With hints of Spring already in the air we’re
now looking forward to the new show season ahead, this time with additional anticipation
of seeing how our first crop of cria from our own herdsires, Milano and Camino,
are going to stack up against the competition!
HERDSIRES available for breedings:
$1000 each, less 10% for past clients of Alpaca Adventures, OR $1500 for two!
Alpaca Adventures’ Milano and Alpaca Adventures’ Camino, bred and raised on our farm, are available for outside breedings. Both boys have done outstandingly well in the show ring over the past 3 years, winning multiple Championships and Blue Ribbons. Check out their stats in the flyers below:
FOR SALE: 3 young, proven females!
Only $500 each, or $1500 with a breeding to either Milano or Camino!
Check out their ARI certificates online.
The cria of two of these girls are actually part of our showstring this year. As their cria have all recently been weaned, these girls are currently open and ready to be bred! All three are great moms and come from elite bloodlines such as NGG Lional, Shackleton and PNA Poseidon’s Isaac among others. As we now have enough of these bloodlines on our farm it is time to move these girls on to spread their desirable genetics further afield.
